Withdrawal from the contract

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance within 30 days without stating a reason. This period begins from the moment you or a third party (other than the carrier) designated by you takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision by submitting a statement of withdrawal, for example by sending an e-mail to: reklamacje@rexxer.pl.

Please send back the returned goods immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract, to the address:

To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send the statement before its expiration.

Payments made by you for the goods (excluding delivery costs, in accordance with our terms and conditions) will be refunded to you promptly. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods.

Remember: the right of withdrawal from a contract concluded at a distance is not available in the case of:

• Non-refabricated goods, manufactured to your specifications or serving your individualized needs,
• goods that spoil quickly or have a short shelf life,
• goods delivered in sealed packaging, which, once opened, cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was opened after delivery.

Complaints

If the purchased goods have a defect, you have the right to file a warranty claim. We suggest that you send your claim to the e-mail address: reklamacje@rexxer.pl.

Information for entrepreneurs: Our liability to you is limited to the value of the order placed and lasts for one year from the date of delivery of the goods. The following information applies to consumers.

After receiving confirmation from us, please return the claimed goods to the address:

In connection with the defect, you may demand:

• Replacement of goods with defect-free goods,
• repairs to goods,
• price reduction,
• Withdrawal from the contract (in the case of a material defect).

We are liable for defects that become apparent within two years from the date of delivery of the goods. You can file a claim within one year of noticing the defect, but this period cannot expire before the end of our liability period.

We will process your complaint within 14 days of receipt.
