Withdrawal from the contract<\/h2>\n

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance within 30 days<\/strong> without stating a reason. This period begins from the moment you or a third party (other than the carrier) designated by you takes possession of the goods. <\/p>\n

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision by submitting a statement of withdrawal, for example by sending an e-mail to: reklamacje@rexxer.pl.<\/a><\/p>\n

Please send back the returned goods immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract, to the address:<\/p>\n

To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send the statement before its expiration.<\/p>\n

Payments made by you for the goods (excluding delivery costs, in accordance with our terms and conditions) will be refunded to you promptly. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods. <\/p>\n

Remember:<\/strong> the right of withdrawal from a contract concluded at a distance is not available in the case of:<\/p>\n
